The Pirates of the Caribbean star has a collection of limited edition BARBIES – yes, you read that right.

He has also got dolls based on Beyoncé and Destiny’s Child, the High School Musical cast and even a Lindsay Lohan figure with an ankle tag.

The actor also likes playing with the dolls, previously admitting: “I’ve played with a lot of Barbies and Kens for my kids. It’s actually one of the things I’m good at.”

The 49-year-old actor has been dating Amber on and off since he separated from his long-term partner, Vanessa Paradis, in June 2012, and forked out on a $16 million ranch in Nashville, Tennessee, in December as a love nest for his new girlfriend.

A source told The Sun newspaper:

“Johnny’s told Amber he wants to marry her and have children after introducing her to his kids [by Vanessa] Lily Rose and Jack.

“He’s bought her another horse [for the ranch] so the one he got her last year can breed.”

It was reported that bisexual Amber had dumped Johnny in January because she was tired of his moods, but the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean‘ star won her back by showering her with expensive gifts. The 27-year-old blonde – who was spotted with Johnny at a Rolling Stones concert in Los Angeles over the weekend – is determined to give the relationship another go and is hoping to spend more time with his children.

The insider added:

“She’s smitten with him but won’t take any nonsense. She wants him to calm the late nights and whisky drinking before they plan a wedding.

“They’re going to stay with the kids at his house in Plan de la Tour in the south of France, so it’s full steam ahead again.”

Photographers snapped the couple wading through the crowd, fingers interlaced. Last year, Depp split with long-time partner Vanessa Paradis after 14 years together. It was immediately speculated he was with Heard, who co-starred with Depp in The Rum Diary.

Heard split with girlfriend Tasya van Ree last June, and was not rumored to be dating anyone other than Depp.

The two stars refuse to comment on their relationship, keeping fans and media alike guessing. They also have plenty of time to spend together: Johnny’s Lone Ranger is in post production, and Heard is back in the states after filming scenes in Europe for “Three Days to Kill.”

The American actor split from the French singer-and-actress in 2012 after a 14-year romance. Neither has spoken about the reasons for the break-up and it’s thought they have remained civil for the sake of their children Lily-Rose and Jack.

The strength of their friendship has now been revealed, with the news Johnny appears on Vanessa’s new record.

Her album “Love Songs” is due out next month and includes the track New Year. Credits on the LP state the song is the work of Vanessa, Johnny and their daughter, as well as Ruth Ellsworth Carter.

At the moment there is no further information about the track and when it was recorded is unknown.

In his new Vanity Fair cover story (not online yet, sadly), Johnny Depp and writer Douglas Brinkley visit Little Hall’s Pond Cay, Depp’s private, 45-acre Bahamian island, just a short yacht ride off the coast of Nassau.

Hollywood actor Johnny Depp has made a touching tribute to the late Heath Ledger, by naming a beautiful snorkelling spot on his private tropical island after the Perth-born star.

Depp, along with actors Jude Law and Colin Farrell stepped in to help finish Ledger’s last film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, after Ledger died before finishing the film. The three donated their earnings from the movie which has been deemed kooky and crazy by critics to Ledger’s daughter Matilda.

In the July issue of Vanity Fair, Depp reveals he has named a snorkelling cove on the 45 acre Caribbean island called Little Hall’s Pond Cay, Heath’s Place.

Other beaches on the island are named after the Pirates of the Caribbean star’s partner Vanessa Paradis, his children and his mentors Marlon Brando and Hunter S. Thompson.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus premiered at the recent Cannes festival.

The rumors have been denied that Johnny Depp and longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis will wed this month.

Johnny’s rep Robin Baum was quick to squash the story that the couple was planning on marrying at Sandra Bullock’s house in Savannah, Georgia.

Johnny and Vanessa have been together since 1998, and have been really happy and stayed out of the tabloids, so maybe whatever they’ve been doing this whole time seems to be working!
