1963 – On June 09, John Christopher Depp II was born to Beth Sue and John Depp in Owesboro, Kentucky.
1970 – Moves with his family to Miramar, Florida
1980 – Auditions for a high school talent show with a group called Bitch
1981 – Join The Kids, a local Florida band
1983 – Moved to Los Angeles with his band "The Kids", who subsequently changed names to "Six Gun Method". Coundn’t find any job to pay bills, so took other jobs including telemarketer. Married and divorced Lori Anne Allison, who introduced Johnny to Nicolas Cage, who steered Johnny to his first acting job.
1984 – filmed A Nightmare on Elm Street
1985- filmed Private Resort
1986 – filmed Slow Burn (made for TV)
1986 – Began taking acting classes at The Loft Studios. Johnny’s band breaks up. Began dating actress Sherlyn Fenn
1986 – filmed Platoon
1987 – On 4/12/87 is on air the first 21Jump Street episode.
1988 – Relationship with Sherlyn Fenn dissolves.
1989 – Relationship with actress Jennifer Grey begins and ends. Begins dating Winona Ryder in late 1989.
