Me and Annie really appreciate all donations we receive from you. It’s a must when our visitors can colaborate with the site, because it’s hard for us have ALL Johnny things around (magazine scans, caps, etc).

But I need to tell you something: please, NEVER take something from another site and send it to us as donation. Specially if you are planning to tell if it’s your work. We can’t check EVERY Johnny site if something is took around, but we will know if this happens. And sometimes, from a hard way: the real owner will let us know.

I received a donation of a b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l vector image, and used it in our new gallery layout. Surprise, surprise… the vector was took from another Johnny site, and it was made by katie.y @ How did I know it? This girl emailed us, to ask why we’re using her vector without appropriate credit.

So, please, if you want to donate us something, feel free to do it. We will be glad and thankfull. But DO NOT take anything from another site, NEVER. Just donate your work: your scans, your caps, your artwork. Thanks. :D

Franchise unlikely to stop with trilogy…

The latest word is that the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise will continue on after the third film, At World’s End, opens in theaters this May.

Even though the third film will serve as a close to the trilogy, Johnny Depp has expressed interest in keeping the franchise going and Disney is now considering it. Orlando Bloom might not continue on with the series after the third film however.

Yay! I love POTC and I hope Disney really keep going a 4, maybe a 5 part of the movie. Jack Sparrow it’s one of the best Johnny roles.

There’s an article about Lily Rose on Star magazine, issue from March 26. I wont post the scan here since there’s pictures from Lily and Jack, in respect to Johnny’s desire (he HATES have his child’s pictures exposed in magazines). But here’s the full article:

Johnny Depp’s anguish: his baby girl fights for her life.
The actor spent 10 straight days by his sick daughter’s bedside. Here, all the details, including what really caused her deadly infection.

Dashing Johnny Depp has had his share of heroic roles in the movies, but nothing could prepare the Pirates of the Caribbean star for the life-and-death drama that unfolded over the past few weeks in his real life. For 10 days, the anguished actor and his wife Vanessa Paradis, 34, kept a constant vigil at the hospital bedside of their 7-years-old daughter Lily Rose, as she suffered from a potentially life-threatening kidney infection, according to sources.

Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp could be heading to Melbourne to shoot scenes for his new movie Shantaram.

The film is based on the book of the same name by former Melbourne prisoner turned Bombay slum doctor Gregory Roberts.

Director Mira Nair revealed she was coming to Melbourne for research and to determine whether scenes would be shot here.

Depp was recently in the tabloids for keeping a bedside vigil for his daughter who was admitted to hospital with a severe case of blood poisoning. [Source]

Johnny Depp’s seven-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose, has been released from hospital in London after a frightening bout of blood poisoning.

Depp and partner Vanessa Paradis had been keeping a vigil at the child’s bedside since she was admitted to London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital at the end of February (07).

A source close to Depp tells American publication US Weekly, “She is doing much better.”

Despite media reports she had developed the condition after stepping on a rusty nail, the cause has not been confirmed.

The source says, “They don’t know how she got it.”

The 43-year-old actor is currently filming a movie version of the stage musical Sweeney Todd in England, which was temporarily put on hold while his daughter was in hospital.

I love the idea of changing my look. I think one owes it to the audience, to go out there and give them something different each time, so as not to bore them to death. And I always felt that if you're not trying something different each time out of the gate, you're being safe, and you don't ever want to find that place of safety. I like that, each time, before I even go in front of the cameras, the studio's reaction will be fear. They have those hideous pangs of fear where they go, "He's fucking killing the movie." And I can't argue with them, because I might be. But I just know for the character that this is the right thing to do. And I've always enjoyed hiding behind these characters. It's a strange thing, you're more comfortable as a character than you are in life. You know what I mean? I could stand up in front of, it doesn't matter how many people, as a character. But if I had to do it as myself and give a speech, I would be liquid.
