The BBC reports that the “Pirates of the Caribbean” sequels plan to portray Dominica’s Carib Indians as cannibals. Shooting on the films is expected to take place this April in the area, with hundreds of Dominicans applying to be extras in the movie.

About 3,000 Caribs live on the island of Dominica.

Hey guys! I’m slow, I know! Johnny got nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for Finding Neverland in this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards. Go Johnny!! Finding Neverland has also been nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. Kate was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role and Freddie Highmore Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role.

The SAG Awards will air on TNT air Saturday, February 5th on TNT at 8 PM ET/PT, 7 PM Central, 6 PM MT (For US). For Brazil and I believe all Latin America, TNT will also be showing it Live aswell.
