It is time for johnny depp to stop using the same or too similar tactics, responses, mannerisms, techniques in his comedy roles. One of the valuable qualities he has as an actor is that, unlike with most actors, it does not take long into one of his movies where you begin to believe in the character and you are not watching johnny depp (you almost forget you are) you are watching the character and that is something few actors are successful at accomplishing. I have not seen this movie, though I have seen Dark Shadows and such was more the case than in any of his other films I have seen – have not seen them all – and it appears in the trailer that such is worse in the lone ranger – is he working too much – getting to tired to do his best – at this point in his career does he really want to sacrafice quality for quantity – is the $ that important to him – how much does he need to live on very well anyway – that is really not fair to those who appreciate his acting abilities.
